The beautiful apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in the prime area of the spa town of Altaussee directly by the lake of the same name, with private lake access and offers a breathtaking view of the lake, mountains, and the Dachstein glacier.
The apartment measures approximately 95 sqm, features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living-dining room with a flat-screen TV, radio-CD player, and a typical Ausseer veranda. The perfect place to read or simply enjoy the panorama.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.
The bathroom includes a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and a walk-in shower, while the toilet is separate.
A very special highlight is the private bathing beach directly in front of the house. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on-site and ensure an ideal day at the beach.
In the cold season, a ski storage room with ski boot heating is available free of charge.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
