Hagyományos, modern és elsősorban szezonális ételek várják Önt. A regionális öko-termelőkkel együttműködve természetes termékeket használnak, és teljes egészében elkerülik az ízfokozókat.
A kulináris csúcselemek, mint a szezonális vadhúsnapok vagy a hamvazószerdai heringspecialitás, fenntartható termékekből készülnek.
Egy abszolút „kötelező” a Irmi féle burgonyás kolbász, amely online is megrendelhető. A bájos terasz nyáron Sarah frissen kevert koktéljaival és fagylaltkülönlegességeivel csábít pihenésre. Az itt található diszkó pedig megfelelő teret ad a legendás bulikhoz. A két kültéri játszótér pedig különösen a családokat vonzza a Hexn-Stubnhoz.
